With her expertise, she has been involved in high-profile events like Revolve party at Coachella and Miami Swim Week on a global scale and LiveNation with Tons of Rock on a National level.

Eric Elvenes is a multi-talented entrepreneur, A&R Manager, and Musical Advisor with expertise in NFTs and Web3. He holds a bachelor's degree in Tourism and Management and has a wealth of experience in the music industry.
He has worked as an Artist Manager and A&R Manager at several leading companies, including Knirckefritt Management, Arctic Rights Management, and currently Idap Music(US).
In addition to his work in the music industry, Eric is also the co-founder of JB Music Group and Web3Creatives. He has been recognized as a winner of the Nordic Music Biz Top 20 Under 30 in 2022.

Kim has more than 15 years of entrepreneurship and seed investment experience and holds leading positions in several industries. He is strong on strategies for creating unique customer experiences and growth. He sees the bigger picture and uses that ability to create business opportunities.
Before starting Søyland in 2012, and growing the portfolio to what it is today, Kim was a Viacom director with the commercial responsibility for Norway.

Her work in entertainment started on successful television shows such as the longest running soap opera Days of our Lives on NBC, to live award shows such as the Grammys, MTV VMAs, BET Awards and more. Her entertainment work also includes producing and promoting countless industry facing events.
Within the lifestyle category, her longest standing work has been in fashion and lifestyle brands. Previous clients include Dickies, GUESS, Quay Australia, Ralph Lauren, Timberland, House of CB, and many more. Her fashion work includes but is not limited to corporate communications, influencer integration and experiential activations meant to engage media and consumers.
Her tenacity in learning and adapting to different categories in public relations lead her to working at a Director level within prestigious communications agencies across the United States, and providing consulting services global.

He is now the CEO and Co-Founder of Orkestra. A company that develops, connects and designs brands and profiles for commercial industry, pop cultures and subcultures.

Our Journey
The journey towards Web3 Creatives began in March 2021, when People & PR, a company initially focused on influencer marketing, opened the door to the world of web3 and NFT.
While working with a Norwegian NFT platform, People & PR gained around two years of experience in the field of NFT, which at the time was relatively unknown. We quickly discovered that the unique utilities that can be attached to NFTs make them an innovative and exciting marketing tool.
Through successful cases, studying the Norwegian market, and building networks and knowledge within web3, we decided to take the next step and enter the metaverse with a new company Web3 Creatives where our goal is to introduce the wonders of this space into the commercial market.
